Pago Medical Consulting Inc. provides a buy now, pay later payment service that allows users to finance their out-of-pocket medical expenses through zero-interest installment plans. The Service does not provide medical care or medical advice and is solely a financial facilitation platform.

Pago Medical Consulting Inc. does not collect, store, or process medical diagnoses or treatment details. However, as a payment service, we process medical billing information, which may be considered Protected Health Information (PHI) under HIPAA. While we comply with HIPAA security requirements, we do not assume liability for medical billing data provided by healthcare providers.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time if we suspect fraudulent activity, non-compliance with these Terms, or other violations.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the Service and disclaim all liability for service interruptions or technical issues.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pago Medical Consulting Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to financial losses or delays in medical bill payments.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website and/or mobile application, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of California. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or mediation before resorting to litigation.
